4. How do I know what size to order
Choosing a costume size is easier than you might think. The majority of fancy dress costumes accommodate a wide range of sizes. Many have elastic waistbands and utilise stretch fabrics for a comfortable fitting. Our advice is to consider buying one size larger if you are unsure about which size you need. This way, if the costume is too large it can easily be made smaller for a comfortable fit.

5. How do I search the website
The easiest and most convenient way to search this website is to select a costume category to the left of the home page screen. This will allow you to browse our entire collection of costumes and accessories by category. The best way to navigate each page for example home page, tips and fun, shipping is to use the links labelled along the top of the page. These will take you directly to where you need to go, and remain there on every page for convenience.

6. How long will my order take to arrive
Orders that are placed by 3pm will be dispatched on the same day. Depending on which delivery option you select, your order could arrive the following day or within the week. Please refer to our ‘shipping’ page, located at the top of the home page for more information.

We only hold the information you give us when you register or make an order, plus the history of the orders you have placed with us and any changes to your personal details. We will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party without your permission.

Buying online with Costume Finder can be done in three ways: Online with World Pay, over the phone or by cheque. If you decide to use the phone, you simply need the order reference. If you decide to pay by cheque, you will be instructed to send the cheque with the order reference number on the back. Each method is acceptable, so simply choose the most convenient one for you.
